what is the policy for soliciting on Venice Beach, CA for Non Profit Organizations?

We want to do a fundraiser at the beach on Saturday for the rest of the summer. We would sale poems , water bottles, cookies, and cake.

you will need a permit which your non profit org can obtain from the city clerk. permit will have to posted with you at the beach -- do not forget to take your non profit paperwork with you when you go to city hall.
