Yes, you should report them, as long as you are sure that is the case.
Keep in mind that USCIS probably won't have time to do anything about it, but at least you will have done your part.

Unless they have committed a crime, ICE isn't going to do anything about it. It isn't illegal to overstay a visa, it's just a civil offense. Stop wasting people's time.

They should only be reported if you also take down the license plate numbers of people speeding on the highway and report them, too.

Yes becasue they are breaking the Law..
People alwasy will need help..but we need to follow the Laws that we have passed so we have a balance within our system..

Sure! They are breaking the law. That's a big part of this problem with the illegals. Our "brilliant" (cough, cough) government doesn't know where the people are that have overstayed their Visas. We are helping them out.
EDIT: Fuzzykitty, this has nothing to do with compassion. It's about obeying the law! Do they have compassion on the US taxpayers? I don't think so.

If your neighbors were manufactoring meth or crack would you report them? If they were theives ripping off other people for cash would you report them? They are criminals breaking the law... REPORT THEM!
