Well since i have lost 60 pounds i have some experience and i can tell you that the best diet is the one that you can eat every thing but with moderation. Try not to eat anything with fat. If you need to cook something that needs some or a little oil use PAN that could work. If you use to eat an entire plate of food before now only eat half of it. that would make your stomach small do that for a month and you'll see that everytime you are going to need less and less food for the day. And just remember no fat at all not saturated or the normal one they are bad anyways nuts and seed have just the right amount of fat that your body needs so take them as a snack maybe a handfull a day is just goo.

negative calorie foods are great anytime..which means it takes more calories to eat the food than in the food itself ..such as celery, cucumber, lettuce, onions, broccoli, and carrots to name a few...another good food group to hit is the fruits and vegs..these can be helpful when craving those sweet treats..the natural sugar in fruit and vegs is alot better for u and helps you obtain the recommended 5 servings of fruit/veg per day...snack bars and meal replacement bars can be healthy BUT you must be very careful to read the sugar content and fat...also healthy cereals such as corn flakes or bran flakes fill you up without all the fat such as in bacon or sausage..these are just a few examples hope i have helped

Smoothies a very healthy and filling, they have more noutrition than cereal, and are less food than any regular breeakfast, its the same amount as milk, and if you drank 1 glass of milk for breakfast every day you would not be fat! (you would be hungary) but a smoothie fills you up!
