Whether it's casual dating or a serious relationship, or even just friends, girls always seem to get attached to the guy they are with. Do guys every get attached or are they only after the physical availability of the girl?

Most guys get more attached than girls do, they just don't show it the same way

Some guys do. I don't think being attached is a mature thing because you lose your independence; therefore I'd say most guys that get attached are young (teenagers) or haven't been in to many relationships or have never been dumped. Some guys have a sort of introverted personality so that they have few friends and these are the types that are succeptable to getting attached.

I have been emotionally attatched to women I wasnt sleeping with...guys can be different, and once they got the goodies they arent interested anymore...your best bet is to hold off on giving them sex until they clearly enjoy your company without that aspect in the relationship, then you know they might actually like you, but too many women dont do it this way, they think giving them sex right away means they will get attached, but it doesnt work that way...

Guys feel the same as girls they just don't express it the same way...whether it's the stereotype of "men are the stronger sex" or "they can't find an easy to show it" they really do get attached and fall in love just as we do.

My husband, he is so emotionally invested that my labor really shook him up. He hates seeing me in pain that he could do nothing about. Last night I had a migraine and he babied me. Honestly, all I wanted to do was take some painkillers and sleep it away. When our daughter cries, which is very rare, thank God, it tears him up.

They have the same depth of feelings, however how they show it is very different....men/women.. you will never know the difference of the two exactly, but you can def get good at playing their game :)

guys have the same emtions girls have. they just hide it more. they get attached just as much as girls do.
