It already has. Do you honestly believe everything the media tells you? You shouldn't.

People are people, and there are many forms of deception.

If Americans were above deception, George W. and Hillary would be working at McDonald's.

Could it?

Don't you mean hasn't it? What really separates GW Bush from Hitler? He'd like to wipe all the Muslims off the earth. Many people bought the lie about WMDs in Iraq.... Americans are very susceptible to deception. I say that as an American who does not believe in "my country right or wrong".

Yes it could. Do not forget that though times have changed and events have come and gone, mankind has changed very little. The Germans were not especially evil people with evil genes. They were people swayed by a charismatic leader.

Of course it could. If you control the media, you control the perception of the masses. Of course, you will always have dissidents, but the mass will follow. Face it, there are more people voting for American Idol than for the people that represent them........that kind of stupidity solidifies it!

Could possibly happen in America!?!!? LOL. Dude it's happening now!

Enough Americans were deceived to re-elect a very ignorant, mean-spirited, money-oriented man not once but TWICE and allow him to inflict murder in Iraq using America's name.

Him and his little regime would like nothing better than to be given permission to emprison and gas anybody who disagrees with them. Just think about his recent move to make it legal to arrest anybody who openly disagrees with any decision he makes about the war in Iraq?

Dude, that is one baby-step away from Hitler and his Nazis.

There's far more pluralism in America. Yes, we are prone to mass hysteria (McCarthyism), but we are also more likely to be self-righting.

Yes, it is possible. Men can be fooled, since they follow after their own error inherent wisdom.

I don't know but eighty five percent of Americans are under the delusion that there is some sort of god so I guess anything is possible.
