a hindu girl wants to marry me and i'm muslim. And she is willing to become a muslim if i marry her what should i do ? i know it's legal to marry someone if their willing to convert. What should i do? She reallly loves me and i think i'll be happy with her.

I don't think its a complicated question. I say marry her. But I would suggest you check to see how "religous" her family is first. You dont want an angry dad or brother coming after you and your new bride. I dont know how well her parents will take her converting to Islam.

Well if she is willing to convert then I guess it's ok, but that's just my opinion, I'm not sure how it is in Islam. Sorry! I starred the question, maybe someone else can give you more info.

PS - please just remember that in Islam the worst sin is to worship any deity other than the one true God, so it's ok if she converts to Islam but not for you to convert to Hinduism.

Don't forget to ask her fathers permission. Also she might be willing to convert to Islam but he family will want there traditions too so keep in mind and considerate things for them because after all there daughter is leaving her religion for some guy ( no offense by I have seen enough Indian movies and know enough Indian people) anyway Good luck!

If you think you'd be happy I say go for it...but it she only 'willing' to become Muslim to be with you or do you think she is sincere or will take conversion sincerely and want to learn more?
God knows....pray about it.
