I live in Springdale and am a nurse. I don't personally know this physician, but I looked him up and seen that he works in psychiatry with a PhD. I was only able to see that he has privileges at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale. I found his number and office address but was unsure if you needed that.

He is a psychologist. Note that this means he has earned a PhD, but not an MD. Unlike psychologists, psychiatrists do have MDs.
