If you've already been pregnant recently, then you could be going through hormonal withdrawals. This is normal. Your hormones are changing and your body is recovering; you're naturally sensitive.

Otherwise, are you about to have your period? Maybe it's PMS. If you just ended your period, this is likely, too. Women are often emotional before and after their periods.

And if it's just the "middle of the month," and you're not expecting your period or have not just finished it, you may be having mood swings or suffering from depression. Go to counseling to get to the root of your problems or wait it out and see if things change.

Good luck!

You say it was worse then when you actually were pregnant, does this mean that you were recently pregnant? If so, it could be post-partum depression, basically your body makes a bunch of extra happy hormones for you while you're pregnant, and then stops when you aren't anymore, it takes a while to get used to and back on track. If not, it could be a simplistic health issue, lack of sleep, not enough water, improper balance in your diet. Or your lifestyle, are you taking enough time off to do what you want to do and be with who you want to be with? (possibly yourself) If it's not one of these simpler problems, please see a doctor, it could be a result of a more serious physical or mental health problem, such as bi-polar disorder. I hope this helps.

Toxic shame is the best culprit behind your emotions. This reality is best addressed through the "Bible's Teaching's". God gives us a sound mind and body; He will bring up the past , only as He see's fit, for us to benefit from. The idea is to capatalize on 'past shame' in a beneficial way. Honesty is required at every thought to progress correctly throughout this dilema. Once compleated correctly-prepare for the next onslaut of interrogation.

So what if your weepy----probobly hormones. I had severe pms and it would start a week and ahalf before my period. Going on the pill dramaticaly improved this. You should record your period and noticed fluctuations in mood swings. Mean while be good to your self and think positive! Also get tested to see if your poly-sistic because this goes along with these mood swings. Your gyno is your best friend believe me!

it's not clear from your question what happened with the pregnancy and where you're at now, but anything with hormones can set off your whole system, as can the thyroid.
If there isn't an emotional issue that triggered it you can ask your doctor for blood tests for the thyroid,
do lots of exercise, it releases serotonim that helps to deal with it, no matter what the reason

Your age may have something to do with it.
I am assuming you are a teenager.
As a teenager your body chemistry swings all over.
All you can do is wait until it settles.
