means she is interested in him..

How was the question asked? Did she specify date, time, and location? Is she cooking? What was the facial expression? What was the tone of voice?

If I say, "let's have dinner together sometime", it may simply be a polite comment if I just met that person. I might not like that person romantically at all. I might not even want to see that person again. But, it can also be a hint for him to ask me out. It all depends. So if she suggested dinner, and if you like her, take her up on it and see where things go.

Your question is a bit vague! However, if a women asks a man to have dinner with her, it is obvious that she must like the man also I guess she is going to cook a meal for him at her own home, and I would think that she must like him as she wouldn't want him in her home otherwise! and if he accepts her invitation, he must like her too. (unfortunately, some men think it's a come-on and it could get nasty if there is nothing doing!!! but men and woman can also be friends too and it would just be a GOOD MEAL together!!

Now here is the advice for you women out there. Us guys are looking for three traits in a women. Giving, flexibility, and Integrity. if you have those you can get any man out there.

I agree with Marty - if a woman is really into you she will cook for you - but if it is just dinner a deux then it may mean the same thing! If you like her, then perhaps next time you could offer to cook for her - she'd be bowled over!

It just means dinner. She might want to get to know him better, and having a meal together can be a good way of getting over awkward silences!!

It depends on a lot of things. From what you've told us so far is that she would just like to have a nice dinner with him and probably a nice conversation?

It means she's hungry.

It probably means that she'd like to talk to him over a meal.
