there are a lot of companies that make good aftermarket parts for BMX. Fly, the shadow conspiracy, premium, suelo, to name a few. a good way to go is to hit a bike shop where you can ogle the parts and get them bit by bit, plus find out if they are compatible with your ride. big mail order outfits don't usually end up saving you a lot of money in the long run and are tough to deal with when you get the wrong thing by accident. the f2 is not really a dirt of jumping bike but if you strip the bike and get some double or triple wall rims and strip the front brake it will get you by, as it is a good frame.

If you're going to change all that stuff, probably better save a bit for a new bike.

Why do you want to change all that stuff?

Saddles are a personal issue, it will depend on what you feel confortable with.

Cranks, you could look at Shimano Hones, pretty nice and not that expensive, and they have them with 3 or 2 pieces.

Rims, well, beside the rim you might need to change spokes (a different rim might need different length spokes), and the building might take some money.
