I don't think such a thing exists.
Most forward-thinking people wouldn't dream of co-signing a loan. There's simply no up-side to it. If circumstances change and you can't pay the loan back, the co-signer becomes liable for the loan.
If there were someone that I wanted to co-sign a loan for, I'd need to be prepared to pay the loan off, and if i were prepared to do that, i'd probably just give them the money instead of having them borrow it.

For most lenders, co-signers must be family members that live at the same address or employers.
No such company exist because anyone who would do this is a moron.

it often value much less once you reside off campus, so are you particular you will % this loan? except you have a scholarship it particularly is procuring your housing? if it particularly is so i might propose you stick to on campus housing and not get your self in debt with student loans. And in spite of the fact which you do, do not take out loans with the aid of inner maximum banks for college and expenses, stick to the government loans, the words and interest are greater effective and definite your mom might nevertheless might desire to cosign. they're called determine plus loans, in spite of the indisputable fact that it does not sound like mom is going to choose for it. you could desire to attempt sending the college a hassle letter asserting which you're short on funds have no help out of your mum and dad and perhaps they provides you with some aide. good luck.

I don't think it will be possible. Only your family members will agree to cosign, a person who don't know you why should cosign for you. If ytou fail somehow what will happen to him.
