If you run a few miles every day and eat healthy thats about how much you will probably lose in 2 weeks... even though doctors say you will only lose 2 lbs a week if you exercise it will come right off.

Hydroxycut Hardcore makes you pretty anorexic while keeping your metabolism high so even though you're in starvation mode your body doesn't realize it. Also, do 1/2 hour of pilates 3-4 times a week and whenever you do decide to eat, make it a sugar-free protein shake (Designer Whey is awesome and just 90 calories per scoop) with fat-free yogurt or milk and tons of ice (for volume) to ensure your muscle doesn't waste away.
Warning: This is definitely not very healthy and if you go back to your normal diet after this you're likely to gain the weight back and then some but it's pretty effective for a crash diet.

If by a couple you mean 2 weeks, the most you can lose and remain healthy is 6 lbs. 2-3 lbs/week is all a Dr. will advise. Skipping meals and/or eating salads twice a day will not give you the nutrition you need. And you will prob. have to exercise to get 3 lbs. in a week if you don't already, depending on your age.

Are women supposed to lose that much in such a short period of time? Honestly, I don't know of any healthy way to do.

The best way to lose weight is to change your diet and exercise more.

Also, there is a book entitled "Fit For Life". I forgot who it is written by. Something Diamond. But it is a great book. You'll learn how to change your diet for good. It helped me lose a lot of weight several years ago. It teaches you how to properly combine foods to take off alot of weight. It tells you about how and when to eat certain foods. Like eat high-water content fruits and vegetables in the day time and lunch time; eat carbs (like pasta, bread, etc.) for lunchtime and (if you are going to eat meat as your main source of protein) eat meat and veggies for dinner because meat is harder to digest and it slows you down at times during the day when you should be more mobile and active. When you eat high water content fruits and vegetables, it helps to lubricate your digestive system and it removes alot of the toxins and other waste in your bowels that may be causing bloating, puffiness and some othe excess weight.

If you can get that book (it's prob on Amazon.com at a dirtcheap price), it would be a great investment.

well you should go on a healthy diet. . . NEVER try to starve yourself by not eating. . .that is just making your body un-healthy. . .try working out at the gym. . .don't over-push your body. . .as long as you keep eating heathy and stay active, i am sure that everything will go very well!!!

p.s. i was watching TV a little while ago and i saw this weight loss thing that I GUESS really works!!! ok so listen closly. . . everyday, for 14 days, just stand in one spot for 7 min. use the timer or something to keep track of time. . .this is supposed to use mustle to mustle which helps decrease some fat. . .at the gym while you are pulling wights, you are using mustle to wieght which doesn't work as well. . .

I got circumcised, It worked for me, lol seriously, eat healthy and exercise, don't starve yourself either, maybe start running, but it'll take more than a couple weeks

do 200 sit ups & then 50 shotguns & 100 crunches for 7 days every morning

well im a bodybuilder and at times need to slim down. so what you should do is cardio twice a day 30 min each, also eat healthier CUT OUT SUGARS, drink lots of water LOTS and drink lots of tea and you will loose fat, good luck:)
