I can't handle any type of unnatural hole. I get physically sick to my stomach and feel absolutely disgusted. It can be in flesh, in food, in any sort of substance but as long as it is unnatural I can't handle it. I have no problem with natural holes such as belly buttons, etc. I have had this most of my life and was just recently told it is an actual phobia. I want to know what it is and how to get rid of it.

lol it might be a blessing in disguise ...never heard of that one, but i wouldn't use the 'start sticking your fingers in unnatural holes' approach either...if that is the way you feel, then so be it...i don't think it will cripple you

This story is full of holes.
Try this:

Picture yourself looking at an unnatural hole in your mind. Notice how you are standing, how your body is, how you are breathing. Really see all the details of the picture.

Now look around your room. Feel the chair touching where your are sitting.

Next ask yourself how do you feel about natural holes?
Really think about this.See yourself looking at a natural whole and feel whatever all over your body.

Once again look around your room.

Now very quickly think of the picture of you looking at the unnatural hole and see it becoming smaller and smaller.

At the same time switch to when you were looking at a natural hole and see yourself in that picture getting larger and larger. Feel the feelings you get when you look at natural holes getting stronger and stronger.

Try this a couple times until you get the same feeling when looking at unnatural holes as you do with natural holes.

In a few days try thinking about unnatural holes. Does it feel the same?
