Sounds pretty good to me. Obviously the dressing and cheese arent completely good for you but you have a good amount of proteins, good carbs, and fruit etc.
Id say its a very good lunch.

There is actually probably a lot of calories in that... if that is what you mean by "healthy"... if you are just wondering if it is better than a big mac then yes, it is way better. Calorie wise it depends on the type of wrap, the dressing, the cheese, the peanut butter and how much, fruit juice is usually high in calories too. But without looking at the label, I can't say for sure. The chicken was it fresh grilled or that stuff that subway tries to pass off, I am afraid that stuff is packed with preservatives... it doesn't even look like chicken.

It could be worse but it may not be as healthy as you think. Cheese has a lot of fat. Wraps have more carbs than bread. Peanut butter is high in calories. The juice probably has a lot of sugar in it. Next time I would go with a whole wheat wrap with lowfat cheese. Light peanut butter and light juice.

It is. It's got protein, veggies, and fruit. You should have had some skim milk or water in place of the juice - juice is loaded with pretty much empty calories.

The only thing about the dressing is - as long as it wasn't loaded. You need some fat in the salad dressing to absorb the fat-soluable vitamins in the veggies.

Yes, that sounds very healthy, and also completely delicious! =]

If you are really trying to eat healthy though, I would exchange the Caesar dressing for some low fat vinaigrette. There are alot less calories and grams of fat.

Kinda. It depends on how much dressing you had. Try replacing the juice with skim milk or water.

sounds healthy except depends on where the wrap was made or if you made it, how you made it. because although the wrap sounds healthy there could be many hidden calories lurking in there.
