When your like seriously pissed or have just been having a bad day...what do you do to get in a better mood or to blow off some steam? I normally listen to music or go for a run.

i yell really loud and punch a pillow many times

Listening to music works great. I do that too, sometimes Ill go to the gym and punch stuff, go for a run, go swimming, I write poems when im really mad, or sad. Also you can try deep breathing, or watch some t.v, If your having fights with your boyfriend, or anyone else, and you dont want it to get worse. Than go for a while, just leave!

since i am in a treatment center(yes i am allowed on the internet) i have been really upset and angry, at my parents for admitting me i scream and cry. and when i was first admitted i was kicking, screaming, shouting.they litteraly had to drag me to the seclusion room.( that was 2 days ago) you kno that sort of thing. when i wasnt in the treatment center i would cut myself, and throw the things around in my room.
sometimes when i get mad now, like when i have a bad day here in the center, i write in my diary, and go for a walk with my therapist, or one of the nurses.
or play with the therapy dog( her name is roxy she is a box terrier or soemthing like that) , and the other 2 dogs are a german shepard and a lab that is really fun to.
they also take us swimming every tuesdays, and thursdays so that would definitly blow some of the steam off.

i write down my dairy and things n people tht really hurt me.i think abt pre bad days that i had n thank god for solving those probs for me n try to be happy wit my good mmries.i listen to music n if i am sooooooooooo fed up i cry a little.

well what i do is either listen to calming music not really negative music or just go to sleep take a nap

i hit something, write in my diary about it, then lay in my bed and relax while i watch some tv. or i listen to music that goes with my mood. (like im angry, so something angry) or sometimes i go and pet my kitty.(VERY relaxing)

I just want to be by myself and read or cry. Been happening a lot lately too.

I try not to let myself get in those situations. I'm pretty mellow. And I nip things in the bud pretty quick!

I do nothing because whether i like it or not nothing is permanent so the way it came it will go.so just let it go.xx
