Can I use my Citi Credit Card for making international calls from Antigua to the United States?

If so, I was wondering what the rates might be. I can't find any information on the web whatsoever.

Call them and they will tell you your options, don't wait to go and then can't use it and you stuck!!

Buy a calling card when you're there. You'd get much more reasonable rates that way!
