Sorry to say this, but there is no way in hell you can drop more than 5 - 10 lbs in 2 days, all you can do is really eat before you exercise, drink water, and if you are weighed, try to get weighed in the afternoon, for you are lighter in the afternoon than in the morning. Be careful in how much you exercise, usually the best schedule is to work every other day, but I'm sure if you just don't over do it, you can do 2 days in a row. Just know when you've had enough ya know? ^^

There is no healthy way to lose weight in 2 days and keep it off. If it is only temporary you can go to a sauna or try to sweat as much as you can. This way you will get rid of all the water in your body which is plentiful in your body and will definitely make you appear thinner. However you will be dehydrated and you should only do this for a short time period and in a last resort.

Don't eat anything all, a 2 day fast isn't that tough. You could also take some laxatives which might perge out another few pounds. Do some running too.

don´t take any carb no carbs 2 liters of water and exercise jogging for an hour. try to make 5 little meals in all day. This way I lost 5 kilos in a week.

and trying to lose weight in 2 days is unhealthy they say in 7 days you should lose about 1-2 pounds!

What the hell kind of a job do you have?? If you loose weight to fast, it will come right back, and also could make your skin sag. but My friend fasted and I had another friend, do the special K diet.

Water diet, you can drop 12 to 15 in 2 days. You need to stop drinking water...and sweat...run, plastic outfit, bike. sauna.

how come you only have 2 days? well there is this stuff that people use when they have colonoscopies(?) where you basically have diaherra for like 2 days straight. they sell it at drugstores. you can try that but plan on being on the toilet the entire time.
