Probably - most of the time if your water looks like that all it means is air bubbles. Set it on the counter and watch for a minute or two - if it clears up then all it was was air bubbles. If it doesn't clear up - I wouldn't drink it!

No, that's really gross. I would first contact the water department. There might be a water mane break in your area. If I absolutely had to drink it I would boil it first. I invested in a water dispenser. They're not that expensive, and you can buy water at walmart for about $4.

If I was thirsty. In the alternative I would call my landlord, if a rental or the city water department and see what they recommend, or just buy a filter.

try letting your water run for a minute before you fill your glass. That should eliminate most of the murky color. If not, use a filter.

If it were safe to drink yes. I drink bottled water myself because our well water isn't drinkable.
