Your first kiss is your first kiss period be it with male or female. Don't worry about it so much, I think you are putting way to much thought into this. Let it come naturally and I am sure you will be great. It won't be great if you over think it too much.

When someone refers to their first kiss, it usually means their first kiss with a member of the opposite sex. Practicing is one thing but unless you are interested in girls, that is not considered your first kiss. It would be your first kiss with someone of the same sex, which is something you probably wont tell the world about but are obviously not embarassed by and rightfully so.
Practice does make perfect after all, I don't think you should stress over it. First kiss = first kiss with a member of the opposite sex, so the short answer to your question is No.

The one with the boyfriend would be your first kiss. You cant have a first kiss with a gurl because if that was the case your fisrt kiss would be a family member because everyone kisses they mom or granddad. It'll be the opposite sex.
