I stopped drinking diet soda 24 hour ago and is having a strong internal pressure headache on the righ-front side of my head. Should I walk, take a hot shower, bleed myself, take some shots, exercise, or just take it like a man?

Take 2 Excedrin Tension Headache tablets. It contains caffeine and will also ease your headache. Don't take it before bedtime or it will keep you up as well.

I recommend that you follow (after the headache is gone) with drinking plenty of water to flush the toxins from your body (about 6 cups or more in one day).

But please, don't bleed yourself. :-)

theres nothing that you can really do to ease it much... I had the same withdrawl effects after having drinking 3-4 drinks of Starbucks Frapuchhino drinks a day.
It takes about a week after you stop drinking the caffeine drink for the withdrawl effects to wear off.
I suggest that if you want, keep drinking the diet soda, but choose the caffeine free kind. It actually tastes pretty good.

Drinking water will help to detox, and taking some supplements that work as cleansers may help as well. Specifically, Apple Cider Vinegar, Green Tea (decaffeinated), Chlorophyll (fantastic cleanser), and even good amounts of fiber and water helps some people (although it's not very comfortable for the lower level of detoxification you get).

1] do you drink any other caffeine/ [ coffee, tea, chocolate? ]
Try a big iced tea, if all else fails [ and you're a wuss...]
2] Motrin or Tylenol or Excedrin migraine
3] cold pack at back of your neck [ use small bag of generic brand frozen peas or corn in ziploc bag, wrapped in paper towel or dishcloth - can be re-used indefinitely, just don't eat it ]
4] exercise [ it will distract you ]
5] suck it up - lasts from two days to two weeks! [ Now, don't you feel sorry for all those pregnant ladies who gave up caffeine? ]
TIP: try cutting back gradually - less painful. [ 1/2 average for three days, then 1/4 for three days, then one a day, etc.]

thats a tough one. have you tried a cup of coffee. maybe just wean yourself off the soda slowly rather than just quit. how ever many you were drinking decrease that by half and then tomorrow decrease and eventually you will be free and clear. no need to make your life miserable by trying to stop cold turkey.
