10.2km is about 6.8 miles. To do that in 45 mins means you were running with an average speed of 9mph. This is a really good speed to be able to maintain for 45 minutes. Good result!

It is a very good time, so is the distance, 10.2 k.

A sloping terrain will make it harder or longer as far as time is concern. So, i guess you are talking about level ground in your question, as I do in my answer.

By the way, the best time is the one you can do in a reasonable good pace! You are the one that counts.

45 minute is 10k is decent time. Your pace is 7:15 per mile. Lots of runners would take that..

i couldent run that distance never mind do it in 45 mins so yeah its impressive lol

its okay. But it's good if you just started out. We were required in highschool to run it in 30 mins in order to pass the class, needless to say I barely passed.
