And when you get good and tired of the whole thing it will lead to an ugly separation/divorce.. I wouldn't want you or anyone to go though that... I would say don't get any closer... Jim

I applaud you for wanting to make her happy. Just don't let your agnostic beliefs attach her religious beliefs. Go to church with her, with an open heart and mind listen to what is being said. God has a plan for your life or he wouldn't have sent a religious girl to get your attention.

That's called "Lying." No matter if it's a lie by ommission, it's still a lie. Any relationship built on lies is doomed. Honestly is the only way to go, and if it can't continue because of religion, best to end it now rather than lie and hurt her all the more.

No, you'll tell your beliefs in the end, and take it from one who knows, that's the kind of thing that will blow you apart. Tell her who you are, and she has to choose whether to accept that or not.
Unless, of course, you're just trying to get into her pants. In that case, say whatever you feel like saying.

If you want a lasting relationship, then no. It will all come out eventually. If you just want a fling, sure why not? They won't be around long enough to learn the truth.

Don't lie to yourself or others. If she accepts you for your beliefs, that is fine. If you go to church with her, do so without pretense. Lies will fall in on you like a ton of bricks.

I've seen it a hundred times. A couple that is unequally yoked together( in their faith) the relationship is not blessed by God, and therefore will fail. You can't mix oil & water ! And you can't mix light with darkness.

If a person can't accept you for who you are they aren't worth being with. Besides, would you drink the kool aid if she wanted you to? Learn to think for yourself and you'll feel better.

No, it's dishonest. It will all end in tears.
What you ought to do is show respect for her beliefs but be honest with her and yourself about your own thoughts.

It depends on how religious she is and how not religious you are. If you feel like her faith is compromising your principles it won't work out, (most likely), ultimately, so why bother?
