Ahh.. Well my friend did it but said the food tastes like crap and she couldn't stick with it. ITs all dry food and just gross looking... She gave it to me and I found out i was pregnant and I called about that and they said they dont recommend Pregnant or even breast feeding mothers to eat this. So im not sure whats wrong with it or what in it but didn't sound very healthy for me then!! Good Luck!

Hey, I have done Nutrisystem with my mom (don't know why, not fat) but the food is absolutely disgusting and it looks nothing like how it does in the commercials. Everything is stale and has no seasoning and watch out for the microwaves! lol. I put the food in the microwave for the time it was supposed to be in there for and when I took it out it exploded and burnt a little piece of skin off!! I was so mentally distraught.lol. :-). In my opinion you'd be better of going to a nutritionist, the food isn't good at all and you don't want to be disfigured after all of this so don't use it.

It looks suspicious to me. The food is proportioned and pre-made and it might be expensive, especially if you're still buying groceries for the rest of your family. The commercials talk about good carbs and bad carbs and the glycemic index as though they made it up. Um, no. Also, in terms of carbs, the bread and pasta in the commercial look to be white bread and not whole wheat. I'm neither a nutritionist, doctor, nor nurse or anything else related, but I do know that white bread is not healthy and whole grain bread is.

Out of curiosity once, I went to the website and it didn't give any more information than what the infomercial did.

Also, what is going to happen when one goes off the proportioned pre-made specialty foods and go back to regular eating? I'm guessing that s/he will just gain the weight back. These are just my opinions, though. I don't diet. It's a four letter word.

Yuck. Eating prepackaged, chemical-laden foods from boxes isn't healthy. I hear the food is barely edible, expensive, and you end up starving all the time due to the high level of artificial sweeteners

I checked in to it last year. I haven't found anyone who has used it. I thought it was a little high and I was worried about the food quality. I really don't like frozen food and that's all that is. I was afraid that I would crave something fresh. Plus I like to cook. I ended up going with ediets. www.ediets.com and doing their program. I lost 65 pounds pretty quick that way.
