Or at least tone them. My upper body doesn't really match my lower body. when I wear a shirt you can see my thigh shape. I also need to tone my butt. any answers that I can do at home?

the key is cardio and plenty of it. There is no effective method for spot reducing. You should do some type of cardio 5-6 days per week for 30-60 minutes at a time. If you supplement this with strength training 2-3 days per week this will also help you to lose weight. Be sure to eat a balanced diet and drink plenty of water.

I am EXACTLY the same way! All my weight goes to my THIGHS! It's terrible.

I notice cardio helps a lot... Running walking jogging. I try an hour a day!

running backwards helps tone and lift your butt, and running long distances helps your leg muscles become lean and tone, short sprints make them bulky
