*graham crackers (one sheet only has 60-70 calories)
* rice cakes
*raisins
*apple slices plain, eaten with yogurt or coated in peanut butter
*half or one fourth of a sandwich
*half a package of top ramen
*fig newtons...they are very low in fat
*granola bars (anywhere from 90-180 calories)
*yogurt (be careful not to get LowFat...that has 180-240 calories. Yikes!)
*1/2 of a bagel with whipped cream cheese
*an english muffin split in half with lowfat cheese slices...that totals about 230 calories. That's as much as a chocolate bar but much more filling, nutritious, and very low in fat. English muffins are only about 10% fat.
*carrot sticks dipped in ranch. Do not get the nonfat kind!
>.< Go with lite or nonfat.
*for a sweet tooth, you can try sucking on a butterscotch candy
*pudding. Some brands are high in calories but there are snack packs out there for about 100. Sugar free prepackaged pudding is nasty but the instant sugar free pudding is pretty good and only 110 calories for a full serving.
*cheerios are pretty low cal, only about 110 for a cup, have this with about a cup of milk for a 250 calorie snack.
*oatmeal sweetened with diet sugar. You can experiment with all kinds of things like cinnamon, raisins, chocolate chips, peanut butter, etc...
*lowfat hotdogs, they run from 70-140 cals depending on the brand
*cottage cheese
*canned or frozen fruit or berries or bananas with whipped cream
*sherbert cups (140 cals) or fudge bars (90-110 or so) or lite ice cream sandwiches
*those little cheese 'n cracker things at the store
*homemade trail mix with any of these: cheerios, honey bunches of oats, chocolate chips, marshmallows, peanuts, almonds, etc
*lite popcorn from the store
*i know this sound weird, but there are little lunchables kits that are only about 200 calories.
*canned soups from the store, there are all kinds of them and most are reasonably light and healthy. They also help keep you full.
*salad. Try mixing it in with chunks of chiken, ham or tuna to keep it from getting boring. i also like to grate up a little cheese to put on sometimes.
*there are litte packets of deli meat you can get with about 10 slices, they're very cheap and low in calories...it takes about 5 slices to make a sandwich but it's a nice lite snack
*rice with different kinds of meat or vegetables
*noodles with tomato sauce, much lower in calories and still as tasy as alfredo and all that. You can make up small servings for a snack.
*half a bagel, a piece of toast or an english muffin with a slice of cheese, tomato sauce and some meat for a little pizza
There are many more ideas out there but that's all I can think of for now.

I'm trying to lose weight too! I have been eating an apple or 1/2 a banana w/ 1 Tbsp. natural peanut butter in the mornings, and veggie sticks or pita bread with hummus in the afternoons. (If you don't know what hummus is, it's a flavored paste/dip made from garbanzo beans and it comes from Greece.) You can usually buy hummus in the deli section of grocery stores. Also, you can have 1/2 cup of low fat cottage cheese w/ lite canned peaches or diced tomatoes on top. Another thing that you might want to try is those 100 calorie popcorn snacks w/out butter. That's one serving of whole grains! Hope you like at least a few of my suggestions! Good luck!

I'm currently trying to lose weight as well and have the same problem as you. This is some of what I have been doing...
Oscar Mayer (Deli Fresh Meats) Chicken Breast Rotisserie Style - 6 slices (1 serving) 50 calories, 1 gram fat
Blue Bunny Light no sugar added yogurt - 80 calories, 0 fat
then of course the obvious... fruits and veggies

How to trick yourself into feeling full
trick yourself into feeling full ......
Water. If you drink a ton of water, you'll have to pee a whole lot. Oh. And you'll feel fuller all the time and you'll eat far less.
When ordering from restaurant menus, try to order a non cream-based soup. If you eat a hearty bowl of delish soup, you'll be at least halfway through part of the digestive process by the time your entree arrives. We only truly know how full we are TWENTY MINUTES after eating. After soup, you'll no doubt be bringing your tin foil swan pork loin home with you.
Chew a ton of sugar-free gum. Chewing keeps you orally stimulated and you'll think about food less. You'll also be enjoying some half-heinous, half-delicious fake apple or orange or mint or grape flavor throughout the day!
Try sparkling water over still water--although although it sounds somewhat ridiculous, that extra texture, or "Exture" as I like to call it, almost tricks you into thinking you're chewing.

I used substitution to clear up my acne and maintain a healthy weight. Instead of chips , I eat Ritz Toasted Chips( they are still crackers). Instead of ice cream, I eat Yoplait yogurt. I stay away from fried foods and cut my portions in half when I dine out or partake in the fast food craze. I suggest drinking water prior to each meal, you will get full faster. I suggest adding a little green to each meal. I like to get a chicken sandwich with a side salad. I hope this helped.
