Eat less processed foods and eat more fresh fruit and vegetables, fish, etc and more wholesome foods. Stick to 3 meals a day, breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. If you feel hungry in between eat some fruit, also drink plenty of fluids especially Water. Also it goes without saying get at least 20 Min's of exercise a day at a pace that gets you're heart pumping but build up gradually.

Good luck. : )

be realistic. you are not going to lose that amount of weight in that short time period. People who are genuinly ill would struggle to lose that. At your weight you should aim to do half hour exercise a day, not sprinting or any thing but enough to make you a little out of breath, (vigourous walk!!). You should also discapline yourself to eat a healthy eating plan. You can have the odd snack, but dont over indulge.
A healthy amount of weight to lose is roughly 2 lbs a week, that way your body doesnt think it is being starved and so stock piles what you eat. Also slow weight loss means a change to your life style and makes it more likley that the weight will stay off rather than a quick fix fad diet that will neerly always end in failure.

Be a bit realistic. The more sensibly and gradually you lose weight the more likely it is you will sustain the loss. You need to combine modest calorie reduction with regular vigorous exercise. 14-20 pounds in 6 months would be a more likely goal!

first, get realistic in your goal. no way can you safely lose that kind of weight in that period. If you lose 2-4 pounds a week, your doing excellent and staying healthy. You didn't put that weight on in 20 days, don't expect to take it off that quickly without seriously affecting your health.

that isnt rationable... You may be able to lose 10 in 25 days at the most... in a year you can lose 100 pounds, its veary possible...but not in 50 days.

Is this question for real?

You can't lose weight at this rate safely. You can lose 2-3 lbs a week without risk. Eat less, exercise more.

don't bother dieting because it never works because then people just put back on the weight that they lost,
try not snacking between meals (if you don't already) cut down on sugary snacks and eat more fruit and veg.
It should work pretty quickly.

That is way too little time to lose that much weight. Join weight watchers and lose weight sensibly.
