I lost 50 lbs in 8 weeks by simply cutting out five types of food and it was easy: NO potatoes, rice, pasta/wheat, beans, sugar. Eat lots of protein, veggies and fruit... BUT you must have protein for muscle retention (you body will start digesting your muscles) and especially for the heart). Exercise, even if a little. Walk for 20 minutes as fast as you can for the entire 20, i.e. don't go too fast or too slow, at least 3 times preferably 4 times a week. Watch the lbs go.

You could lose weight, but you'll gain it all back because you won't be able to just eat fruit and veggies and stay healthy. Try eating a healthy diet in your calorie range and exercise daily. Incorporate that into your daily life and you'll be healthy for the rest of your life, rather than dropping a bunch of weight and hurting your body.

The amount of weight you lose depends on your body. You really should have some protein and include excersize so that you keep muscle and lose fat.

You need your protein. Atleast buy protein supplements. Or if you are a vegetarian add some tofu and beans to your diet. Fruits and veggies alone is not healthy.
