i know it fades but i really really want one there...how bad does it hurt?

Mine barely hurt at all.
I've been told that it's because of fewer nerve endings.
It's mainly just uncomfortable to have your lip pulled down for a long time.

hurts but is bearable, I have never understood why anyone would put a tattoo there
