It's from the signs that the fanatic idiots from Westboro Baptist Church display when they want to make asinine spectacles of themselves at military funerals--particularly when they're unwanted and uninvited. In their twisted minds, they think that this war and the war dead are the result of the United States' policy on gays and gay rights; so they're "thanking God for the deaths of soldiers by IEDs" (improvised explosive devices), because they think it's some sort of twisted "justice".
Personally, I think each and every one of those people should be exported to Iraq as is, so that they can "thank God for IED's" themselves. No one in this country needs people like that; and frankly our soldiers could use the fodder to take the brunt of those IEDs for them and perhaps save a few lives actually worth saving in the process.

I'd suggest anyone who is confident enough to not FEAR and not be in AWE of 'the' invisible space chappie scam is closer to seeing it for the superstitious nonsense that it is. Why can't Christians be honest? Why can’t they just say: "I know my beliefs are illogical, but I've been brainwashed into believing these things my entire life." OR "I am too weak to live in this world, without the hope that there is someone watching over me, and I need to believe in an afterlife". OR "I am too scared to even consider the possibility that there is no God, for fear of being punished by him". OR "The thought of hell is so terrifying to me, that I have to believe, and be good". ~

It's a saying on signs held up by members of the Westboro Baptist Church when they protest at soldiers' funerals. They protest because they say God has killed the soldiers because they fight for a nation that tolerates homosexuality, so the saying means they're grateful for the Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) that have killed so many of our boys in Iraq.

It means some one has no idea about the true nature of God. He has no desire to kill or maim innocent people or soldiers serving thier country. Quite the opposite. The Lord desires that all live in His peace, peace that surpasses all understanding. It is people who kill, and maim and plant roadside bombs out of selfishness and cowardice and say they are doing it in God's name. They are wrong.
If God want's any person dead or any nation punished, He is more than capable of doing it Himself. He doesn't need our help.

are you inquiring about that church from kansas thats all over the knews i really wish thoes people would drop off the face of the earth they hod up signes that say that
pretty much so IED(improvised explosive devices)are what are killing most of our soliders in iras so they are pretty much so happy about it saying tank god for them they are sick people no one wants someone to die rather they are for or against the war
