Just start running and doing abs everyday. Running will prepare you for the conditioning in practice, and since your abs are the core, and most important part, it will prepare you for jumping, etc. I am a volleyball coach, and I usually tell my girls to condition before practice as much as they can, so that at practice the first week, they are not dying! Also, drink a TON of water. Have fun!

For serious athletes, you start preparing for the coming season right after the last one ends. It has been said that off-season breaks are for silver medals.
Larry Byrd shot a thousand free throws everyday regardless of the weather.
Lance Armstrong biked every day, including Christmas.
Personally, I wouldn't watch TV unless I was doing pushups or situps during EVERY commercial break. I didn't go pro but I got in great shape and staid that way all year long. I have been helping my granddaughter train for the last few years for three sports with the same philosphy. Waiting until the last two weeks is not good for your body in terms of muscle memory or conditioning. I can't help you now, but take this as a lesson for next season. Good luck.

Frist - don't go into overkill on getting in shape in two weeks. Just start a sensible program and you'll be further ahead than if you sit on your rear for the next two weeks.
Second - you should have been thinking about this all summer and doing something about it, not just the next two weeks.

Every day run for at least a mile. Do at least 3 sets of 20 push ups, 3 sets of 50 crunches and eat very healthy.
