Why is it so hard for catholic churches to give me holy water?

Holy water is widely available at every Catholic Church.

It shouldn't be hard at all. Every Catholic Church has a font in the Church vestibule. Parishioners can help themselves to holy water whenever they need it.

I dunno...what are you using it for?

You can get it easily in our parish. We have a dispenser in the lobby. So if there is something barring you, I would wonder if you had some sort of adverse purpose in mind?
