I want to be more attractive and my weight is an issue and if u know any good ways to shed off the extra weight fast let me know!!!!

I'm sure you've heard this before but eat 6 small meals a day rather than 3 big ones. If you feel hungry eat fruit or veggies (an easy way to help you get in the habit is to put a bag of carrots or something in your bag and so you will have something to munch on instead of going to the vending machine). drink plenty of water during the whole day. also drink like half a bottle of water before you eat cuz it will fill your stomach up and you will eat less. take your time and chew your food. dont eat fast. eating fast causes you to eat more than you need before the signal gets to your brain to tell you to stop. there is no such thing as bad food if you fit it into your diet. take vitamins daily.

Erm, it seems to sound overweight, but you can't be sure. If you have a lot of muscle, then that will weigh more than fat, so I don't know. I suggest you go to your doctor and ask him about it. He will give you all the info you need to know about eating, dieting and exercising. Normally running and walking are practical and easy exercises that show results if done everyday.

Just eliminate sugar. Replace a snack cake with a banana, plus with your breakfast, either eat a half of a grapefruit or drink an 8oz. glass of 100% grapefruit juice

Yes, I am afraid it is on the higher side and you should try to reduce it. Talk to a good doctor and a nutritionist so that the diet doesn't affect your growth. Best wishes.

Well muscle weighs more than fat, just to let you know! I'm 14 I run 3 miles everyday with abb workouts and leg workouts, I find new abb workouts in magazines, online everywhere, I'm fit because of exercising, don't ever starve your self because it is so bad for your body its better to be fat than anorixic. e-mail me if you want my full workout schedule!
