anyone who does this?

It pleasures him to see all the 'company people' act so concerned & upset... He truly hopes each & everyday he comes into work that the company falls short of its goals. Not that he's not going to do his work, he will do it the best he can but still is very pleased when the company fails.

Everyone else's morale is down, worried about getting fired/laid-off, and he's prancing around like a fairy .... what is wrong with him?

I can think of several possible scenarios:

1. He is getting ready to quit anyway and has a personal vendetta angainst the company itself, and hopes they go under right as he starts his new job elsewhere.
2. He is a born pessimist who thrives so much on the misery of others that he can only be happy when everything is going horribly, even for himself.
3. He is doing something underhanded, like buying stock in the competition's company, so he's actually getting richer as your company fails.
4. He's a big old can of crazy!!!

That's all I could come up with.

properly, I used to artwork for important companies with workforce in the better a hundred's. while a organisation the two in a great scale or no longer, will continually have a minimum of a million or 2 of them in there. As a in many circumstances employed supervisor, i could face those human beings which I had to allow bypass. Then rumors could unfold to declare that our organisation is failing and additionally unlikely to be some thing as an entire anymore and everybody is going to get effected. because of the certainty of their ego and insecurities approximately their overall performance, they have a tendency to pull different persons into their little fake circle to make human beings believe which will ensue. So, of their insecurities they have a tendency to be an smug a'hollow and tell each and every person what they think of on the subject of the organisation treating them undesirable. i latterly had this adventure. i'm being laid off however the way my boss did it grew to become into to declare to me 3 month lay off as he reorganize the workplace, at a similar time as he's telling each and every person that he had fired me because of the fact i grew to become into no longer appearing. I had long ideas approximately this and theory to myself that I did carry out to the main suitable potential and able to grant my artwork better than a a hundred and ten%. yet while he's gloomy then why no longer basically say it on the instant rather of mendacity to me.

He probably hates his job and wants the company to fail.

maybe he knows the truth about companies (the more you don't care the more you are promoted) plus maybe he does not like what he does
