Help! International debit card fraud?

My Singapore debit card was used fraudulently to purchase several items in United States. Could anyone advise me on who to contact here in US in regards to this fraud?

The FTC website is down.

I would start with your debit card company. Inform them of what has happened and they should direct you as to where to go from there.

start at local police department. they'll direct you further.
