I am reasonably self confident. I am a reasonably succesful salesman, and would like to increase this to super self confidence. What I mean is I can put the act on and project self confidence, but i dont really feel it.

Also, I worry a lot about my reputation and how I am percieved at work. I know Im a decent guy and a good worker, but I always lose my self confidence and get very nervous around senior management.

Help me end this crisis and make me relaxed and confident.

It is a crisis! Why would you want to project an image to others that you don't really feel; that isn't really you? This is deception and will soon be found out to your detriment. The bast way to achieve self confidence is to honestly know your self and act from that knowledge knowing your abilities and limitations. If you are worried about your reputation the quickest way to ruin that is by being deceptive.

The reason you are worried around senior management is because you are not being honest with them and know you might be found out to your detriment. If you are truly honest with yourself,. truly know your self and have put forth an honest work effort, then you know their assesment can't be bad (if they are, too, really honest men) and you will have achieved self confidence. Don't live a lie! You will become relaxed if you don't.

Good luck in achieving self knowledge and honest confidence, good health, peace and love!

Yes, I totally understand that.

For super confidence, what don't you remember a situation when you totally felt confident. Really get into it. Feel it acting all over your body.

Now think of the situation where you want to feel super-confident. Then amplify what you felt before. Make it twice as strong, make three times as strong what ever level you feel you need.

Senior management are human too. They are probably wondering if you are thinking they are good bosses.

Some stress is good though.
It acts as a motivator.

But you don't want to do too much mind reading.
You can ask a few questions to gage how they feel. Then treat them like you are one of them.

Wouldn't surprise me if you did become one.
