That could be because you may have low-blood sugar. I have Hypoglycemia, and that happens to me too! To cure that, I put a tablespoon of sugar into a glass of orange juice...And that usually does the trick for taking away the dizziness. Sometimes if you take certain medication and/or vitamins on an empty stomach--that can cause nausea. Also, your equilibrium may be off slightly...Perhaps you should see your doctor, to find out what is wrong.
How is your eating? Are you skipping meals? Do you take medication? These factors may be the source of your problem. Some medications can affect you like that. Only your doc will be able to find out for you! Best wishes!

The blood pressure is different in different positions. When you stand, the blood goes more to your feet and needs to be pumped back to the heart by the calf muscles and they may be a wee bit weak. When you sit, the situation is better and when you lie down, it is still better.
Another factor which needs to be checked out is the sense of balance which is achieved by the fluid in the inner ears (see a good site like www.webmd.com for good explanation) and there could be some imbalance when you stand up.
Pl. see a good neurologist for help.

It sounds like it could be low blood pressure or possibly low blood sugar.
Make sure you eat something every two hours and protein 3 times and day. Drink plenty of water to stay Hydrated. This should level up your blood sugars and raise your blood pressure.
This should improve how you feel.

I would go and see a doctor an explain all of your symptoms. Then you can hopefully find out what you have and get the proper treatment for it.

you sound like you need to see your doctor and have your hemoglobin checked. are you trying to eat less or going vegetarian? you need to make sure you have enough iron in your diet or this is what can happen, either way, it wouldn't hurt to get it checked out.I dont't think it is anything serious,so don't worry.
