You answer the following questions. 1. Do you love your wife, the way she needs to be loved? 2. Do you give enough sex she needs day in and day out? 3. Is your brother more attractive than yourself? 4. Is he more masculine than yourself? 5. Are you doubting her without any reason/ If answers to all these questions are in your favour then do not doubt her any more. You can correct if there are some negative points in your behaviour. If you still think that there are some wrong areas out of your control, then take away your wife with you far from your brother. Search for the opportunities where they can cheat you, and plug the holes in their plans. Most probably cheating on continuous basis will not work. They will be caught one day if they are really cheating Have sex once before sleep and once after sleep. She will be clinging to you all the time.

You love your wife and she never gave you any reason to doubt about her behaviour, so you should not think such crazy things.
I am sure, that she is simply nice with your family, that´s everything.
She is a good woman and nice with your family, what else are you asking for?
No decent woman would even think about having an affair with her brother in law or nephew...

Unfortunately no scientists have ever invented a medicine for this decease - doubt and lack of self confidence. Please show maturity in life. She is your wife and you should know her better. You said you love her very much and are you getting it back in the same coin? If yes; please take her out for a holiday now and talk to her openly. For heavens sake, please do not involve outsiders in this issue. You are the master and you need to be first clear your doubts. May be she is caring and want to show special care to a younger nephew.
