I was just about to recommend Dave Ramsey's book...check out his web site and see if his show is on the radio in your area...his advice is outstanding...we have no debt except the mortgage

Total credit card debt: $2000. How am I getting out of it? Working hard and paying my bills on time.

Zero (but we have a bit of other debt, cars and student loan). We are getting out of the debt hole and we are using Dave Ramsey's plan. His book is great: The Total Money Makeover and his plan is easy to understand by everyone.

Live like no one else, so later you can live like no one else.

There is a great place to go with this. It is what I did and it worked out well for me!!

Car debt. Consulted with a debt consolidator for help. Not all are good but some are . Those are BBB online registered and member of US chamber of commerce they are good.
