One wall is actually on the side where part of the roof comes down. If I hang the shower curtain so that it's level, my head and shoulders are above the curtain. Is there a way I could install a flange to hold the curtain up on the sloped wall that will make it level w/the other wall? Help!

You would need a beveled piece, with the correct angle, to do that.

A piece of wood could be cut properly, painted and glued to the tile. If glue doesn't hold, you'd have to drill two holes and use wall anchors.

Most ends of shower rods are a swivel and should adapt to the sloped wall.

use a split or double curtain and take eye hooks and put then in the sloped roof and hook the curtain ring right into the eyelets this will make this curtain stationary then you take another eye hook that is big enough to fit the curtain rod through at the height you want your curtain to be this curtain will be movable I would trim the excess from the stationary curtain so it is level with the floor. You could also get a curtain tract and run it along the ceiling and the slope of the roof and just hang it like a window curtain

You are on the right track - go to a home improvement store with a picture of your shower and ask for help - you should be able to purchase something that will allow you to attach a hook or something to the sloped wall & then the shower curtain.
