The woman's husband had been slipping in and out of a coma for several months, yet she had stayed by his bedside every single day.
One day, when he came to, he motioned for her to come nearer. As she sat by him, he whispered, eyes full of tears, "you know what"?

"when I got fired, you were there to support me."
"when my business failed, you were there."
"when I got shot, you were by my side."
"when we lost the house, you stayed right here."
"when my health started failing, you were still by my side."

"What my dear?" she gently asked, smiling as her heart began to fill with warmth.

Fortunately he recovered but the wife went into a coma the next day. Months passed with little hope then one day the nurses were getting her a sponge bath when one touched her private parts with a washcloth and she jumped. The nurse said to the husband, "You know I wonder if oral sex will bring your wife around" "We'll leave the room and you can try" A few moments later the nurses saw the monitors light up and the woman gagging "I think she choked" he said pulling up his pants.
