I look up funny pictures, jokes, videos online to help distract me.
Unfortunately when you're depressed and worried, days are very long and it's hard to feel motivated.
So I try laughter on the computer or on T.V.

I try to distract myself. I guess that is what I'm doing right now. Find something that you enjoy doing and do it. Depression will tell you not to be active or associate with others, but that is exactly what you need to do to feel better.

Well I get drunk and listen to Eminem and then that sometimes makes me worse off!!!
In all fairness, I am worried about myself because I always get suicidle thoughts. So dude, no tips from me!!!
Try exercising and weight-lifting.

worry never changed anything, it never solved anything and so I do my best to avoid worry. Depression is internal, and you need to get in touch with your inner self to expunge all the emotional baggage you are carrying around.

Run, get out and do something physical. Physical activity releases endorphins that make you feel better. Competition works even better.

well obviously im not a guy but i just lay down for a while or wait it out sometimes i just have to remember to breath and relax,
