It depends whether or not you yourself are the sky tortoise.

If you are, just show yourself and promise people eternal life - they will probably get down on their knees there and then and start worshipping you (better to try this in Southern California though, rather than, say, the East End of London where you might just get clamped).

If the sky tortoise is just a figment of your fertile imagination, you'll have a harder time winning converts - but good luck anyway!

You mean like L.Ron Hubbard did? A hack science fiction writer decides to start his own religion to see if it will work and surprise it does. Well my mother is the virgin Alice that makes me without sin. So send me 60% of everything you own and you can belong to my new religion. I know other religons only require 10%,but let them eat cake.

Just preach something that appeals to poor or oppressed people. Make it logical for their minds to grasp. I mean people who convert atheists don't automatically start talking about Noah's Ark because they know it would be illogical. They start off with the uplifiting stories of good over evil or people getting over their problems.
So go to some distant part of the world and give them the crap. Then give some success stories of people who follow your religion.

You have to get enough people to put down on the Census thing about religion that they belong to it, i cant remember but i think its about a 1000. Thats what they did with Jedi Knight and now its an official religion, good luck

If you mean a Christian one; then follow ALL that is in the Bible. Not just your favorite places. And find others that want to put all that effort in too. You care meet in a living room if you want. Study a lot.
If you mean another type of religion just list it in the devils group.

If we want to go back to the 1st and 2nd centuries where Tertillian talks about pagan worship, infant slaying-abortion and incest, then forget the Bible, God's Word, and return to the evil of the past. But remember one thing - you will not survive. Evil has no future!

Hi,

In fact, religion means life style.
Everybody has a different life style.

Look at the Christians or Muslims or others, do they all live the same way according to their religions?
No.

So, in fact we all have our own religions.

No No NO!!! Join mine!! Quadritology - its on facebook and everything!!!!!!

In the UK you need 50 000 signatures to form a new religion. Your best bet is a social networking site - and of course then sit back and wait a hundred years....
