Do you drink water with meals? If not, that would help. If you do, also try spicing up your meals with pepper, garlic, Italian spices etc. to make you drink more water per meal.
The other suggestions you got of Kool-aid, Crystal Light etc are also good but don't drink a lot of tea since it's a diuretic.
Adding a little fresh fruit juice is always a nice change of pace from the regular, boring, plain water but if you're dieting, stay away from fruits that need sugar.
If you been told by your doctor to drink more water or if you're doing it because you realize how important it is to your overall health, you may want to try my "last resort". I've been drinking water all my life. I average 11/2 - 2 gallons per day...but sometimes even I can't stand the thought of another glass of water. My remedy to this is eating salt. I'll pour just a little in the palm of my hand, lick a small amount and I'm ready for the water. Eating saltines. with or without peanut butter, is also very effective. In the summertime, especially, when we sweat a lot we lose quite a bit of salt so replenishing it this way is so much better than adding it to foods.
Of course, if you are restricting your salt intake, you may not want to try the last one too much, if at all.
I hope I was able to help.

Add some fresh fruit juice to it. Alternatively, blend a mix of strawberries, raspberries and blackberries and add the juice. Maybe some pureed mango and papya may be more to your taste. The final solution is to boil the water and infuse herbal tea bags. Let the drink cool and then chill it for a reshing fruity drink.

I am guessing you are on water only for a diet there fore KoolAid and other sugary drinks are out..
Crystal Light has some really good mixes out there...most of them are pretty low (if not free) of sugar and calories..but check the labels of them before you buy...They also just came out with individual packages that you add to a 12oz. water bottle so you don't have to make a full pitcher.

Try the 5 calorie Crystal Light single serving packs. I use them some times, but I put in more water than they say it's a little strong for me. Wylers also makes some and WalMart has their own brand too and is a lot cheaper.

Crystal Light packets are always good, and healthy too. So are iced tea or even koolaid if you have a sweet tooth (koolaid isn't so healthly though lol)
also, instead of lemon water, try strawberry water! it's so yummy :-)

Heat it for an hour or two with a nice piece of chicken or meat, onion, celery, carrot, parsley, parsnip, salt, pepper. In the end cook in it a hand full of tiny pasta.
Now enjoy your home made bowl of soup!
