Ask the DMV if they have a list of accepted testing facilities. This way you know you are not wasting money on a test they will not accept. This is the first I have heard of this test for a permit. Are you referring to the class you need to take called Traffic Law and Substance Abuse Education class? This can be found under Driving Instruction in the phone book. I included a link to the Florida DMV website telling you what you need.
