How do you tell when the battery is fully Charged. Do you have to wait until it gets warm or very hot. How hot or warm should it get after taking it off charge?

it may also be a green/red/yellow/blue LED that goes from steady on (or blinking) to blinking (or steady on).
the temp of the battery simply tells u it is charging.
if that is the only indication you have then wait till the battery starts cooling off. That indicates the charge current has dropped because the charging is complete. What temp gives full charge?

Usually there is a charger light that changes from red to green when finished charging.
