are you a beginner or a professional dancer? if you're a beginner, you're body might not be used to too much stress and force, and you're muscles contract when you dance, you should try warming up first.... if you're a professional dancer and is experiencing this problem, you'd better consult a doctor.

ok well make sure u dont eat befor u dance
and if it keeps hurting put ur arms around ur wast and bend forward and breath in and out do this 3 times and get a drink after.

Maybe you have a mild hernia in you stomach area and when you dance it puts more stress on that area.
If it keeps up I would go see a doctor.
