well, no. just tape two pennies to the front of the envelope along with your 39 cent stamp. :)

wrong it's 41 cents for the first ounce and for each additional ounce add on an extra 17 cents

As of a month or so ago, it is 41cents. Get some 2 cent stamps and you will be fine.
