I could continue searching, but my point is made. These jobs are not in the fields or on roof tops. All are jobs that once belonged to American workers, men and women with families.

Yes they are in the factories and all kinds of jobs. I work in a plastics factory and they got 68 out of there. Now those jobs are filled with citizens.

360 illegal immigrants employees at the plant,many of them women from Guatemala and other Central American nations. The workers had toiled in sweatshop conditions etc, they were whisked away to detention centers in New Mexico And Texas without regards for their families and some were nursing mothers. Three days after the raid a federal judge barred immigration officials from transporting any more detainees out of states
One of the absurdities revealed after the raid:Because the factory held $90 million federal contracts the Pentagon had maintained a quality control office there staffed by an inspector who had to know the employees were illegal.The factory owner was charged and jailed over night was released and the factory open for business the next day. ICE released 90 detainees for humanitarian reasons.

I just wanted to add a couple more as have a few others on here. We need to make everyone aware that they are not just out in the fields working for pennies.

Yes they do! It is a myth that illegal aliens only take jobs paying minimum wage or lower. Many work in the construction industry and in factories that pay well above the minimum wage. Many illegal aliens are college graduates who came to the US on a visa and stayed when they found a good job. Lou Dobbs estimated that there are over 4 million illegal aliens who overstayed their visas.

We need to have a secure ID that workers must show to their employers in order to get a job. The social security card is way to easy to fake.

the pro-amnesty crowd use 'jobs americans wont do' to make a point. the point is completely flawed with simple logic.
no american is going to work in a sweat shop making $3 an hour, because that is not a livable wage, but pay that person a livable wage, and youll see americans taking those jobs.
all you have to do is watch 'dirty jobs' and then try to argue americans wont do certain jobs. you have americans waist deep in human feces, but they do the job because it pays well. there is NO JOB AMERICANS WONT DO.
ive never seen an understaffed mcdonalds.. thats got to be a horrible job, you get burnt with the grease, you smell like food when you get home, but they give the people there good benefits and pay.

illegals don't take jobs. a job is not a physical thing which can be taken. employers are hiring illegals because they seem to work harder, longer, and cheaper than citizens. if you lost your job to an illegal then you were a terrible worker. the guy probably doesn't speak english. i would assume language would play a decent part of the job yet employers overlook this matter. lets face it, some americans are lazy and can't handle competition. i challenge any illegal to do my job better than i do. if he is hired over me it is probably because my lazy *** deserved it.

Real good docs. As for the first. Steal city should have checked their employee beter when hiring. The big problem other than immigration letting him stay is he wasted our tax dollars using the court sysytem. I wonder where he got the money for all his lawyers???

Yep, companies are letting legal citizens go to hire illegals for a cheaper wage. It's pathetic what people will do for an extra dollar. Wake up people, Money isn't everything. The future of our children is at stake.

don't forget the issue of how much they cost the American taxpayer for their medical care and education for their children.

so many schools cannot afford programs or text books yet are required to hire spanish speaking teachers to assist them and many hospitals have closed their doors due to misuse of the emergency room treating those who have no way to pay.
