Not if you are able. I was 25, and I still don't feel like I'm 'ready', but I do it just fine. Some people are married and have a couple kids by that age, because they are in that place in their lives. Yet others like my ex are around that age, have a couple kids, yet are totally irresponsible and immature and shouldn't have them. It all depends on the person. Not every 25 yr. old is mature enough for it, yet some are.

No 25 is not to young to have a child. I had my 3rd by the time I was 26, I'm now in my early 40's my children are grown and I'm still young enough to enjoy life, but I'm to young for grandchildren.

It depends on your situation. If you are comfortable and ready to try go for it. If you aren't then don't worry about waiting.
My husband wanted to start having children right after we were married. We were 22 and 23.
My nephew just had their first a year ago and he was 22 as well.
My friends on the other hand are in the early 30's and were not ready to have kids until just last year.
There is no real right and wrong age if you feel you are ready. Starting in your 20's though is nice I feel because you aren't too old when they are off to college. You didn't wait too long to try. The risks to you and the baby go up as you get older.
Best of luck to you and your decision.

I don't think 25 is too young, infact I think it's the best time. Everyone will tell you when it's best, but it's best when you and you're partner are ready. I had my 1st just a few weeks after I turned 21. I'm now 24 and just had my 3rd.
Do what feels right for you

I think that is the perfect age to have children.

We had our daughters at 25/26. You are old enough to be mature, have your lives in order, and have all of the 'partying' out of your system, but young enough that you will still be young while they are growing up.

I think thats a perfect time to have kids... by the time they turn 10 your be like 35. still young enough to keep up with them. I myself had a child when i was 19. I have two kids now and im only 23 years old. I love it!

That depends on the individual. I was 25 when I had my first baby and I wouldn't change it for the world, but I've known plenty of 25 year-olds that had no business bringing babies into their world.

Generally speaking, no. Although some people are still rather immature at 25 most can handle a child by then.

No, I had my first kid at 18yrs old & I'm 21yrs old now pregnant with number 2. I also have two step-children. I am not a welfare mama mooching off the world. Me, my husband, & our family live in a nice house in a beautiful gated community & we make decent money. I think it really depends on the person & their personal preference & situation.

No, but if the 25 year old is not responsible enough to care for the child they should not have one.
