is it ok to go to the gym the day before you get your upper endoscopy?

upper endoscopy is a procedure where they check on your stomach by putting a camera down your throat.

so if i can go to the gym, are there any parts i cant work on?

Not to my knowledge, as I've had an endoscopy in the past. If you want to be safe, ask your doctor.

yes you are fine to do that before.
